What is included in the continental breakfast ?

Can I have breakfast every morning of apartment booking?
No, breakfast for one morning is included, when booking the self-catering apartment.

I am not eating breakfast, can I have the B&B room cheaper ?
No

I am vegetarian, can I have vegetarian breakfast?
Yes, we suggest you to get in touch with your B&B host days before arrival to arrange with your special diet.

I am student, can I have discount?
Yes, we offer students with ISIC card 10% a discount on most of our accomodations.

I am senior, can I have discount?
No

We want to stay for 3-4 nights, do you offer special price or discount?
No, we give discount if you stay longer than 21 nights.

I am single person and want to book apartment, can I have the apartment cheaper/half price?
No, You pay full price.

Will we be charged extra? Eg. taxes and services?
No, deposit, taxes and services is included in the charge per night. No extra or hidden charge.

I want to cancel my booking, will the deposit be returned?
Yes, if you cancel your stay 14 days before arrival day we return your deposit minus 200 SEK.

Do I share the apartment with other guests or B&B host?
No, you stay alone with your party in the apartment--no B&B host, no other guests.

Does your apartment have a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishes, etc)?
Yes, all our apartments are private home and have fully equipped kitchens.

Do we need to clean the apartment before departure?
No, so long you leave it in normal condition you do not need to clean.

What is your check in/out time?
Generally guests are welcome from 6 pm arrival day, departure day guests shall leave the accomodation 10 am.

Can we use the B&B accomodation during days?
Yes, of course, it is only the arrival day you have access to the B&B accomodation from 6 pm, and departure day you leave the accomodation 10 am.

I will come early to Stockholm, can I drop the luggage in the room or apartment?
You have access to the accomodation from 6 pm unless other arrangements have been made with B&B host. There is safety-deposit box at Central Station.

I have a very late flight back home, can I leave the luggage in the room or apartment?
No, as B&B host need to clean the accomdation for other guests. There is safety-deposit box at Central Station.

When stay with B&B room, can I use the kitchen for cooking food etc?
No. But if you ask host you can use the water perculator for a cup of tea or heat your food in microwave oven. If you want to cook food we suggest you to book an apartment.

What is the address to the B&B accomodation?
We write the address on the site, for example CS2Double room - Tjärhovsgatan. Tjärhovsgatan is the address. More important details coming with the booking confirmation.

Do you clean the B&B accomodation and changes linen every day?
If you stay with B&B room we clean and changes linen on the 7th day, if you stay with B&B apartment you clean and changes linen by yourself. B&B host provides guests with new linen.

Where is Skavsta airport located?
Skavsta airport is south of Stockholm, around 80-90 mins with bus.

How do I reach Stockholm from Skavsta?
From Skavsta Airport there is bus coach straight to City Terminalen, all bus fits exact to all flights.

We will arrive very late to Skavsta, can we check in late (1-2 am)?
Yes, you can check in late with most of our B&B room but to be sure, ask us before you do your booking. If you arrive after 10 pm to B&B apartment host will charge you 200 SEK

How can I reach the B&B accomodation from the airport?
From Skavsta, Arlanda and Bromma airport you have bus coach straight to City Terminalen (Arlanda airport has also a fast train 20 mins), From City Terminalen you can take taxi to your B&B accomodation, or subway.

Which taxi should I use?
We suggest our guests to use Taxi Stockholm or Taxi kuriren. Make sure the taxameter is on!
